Program Name: Encore AMC Client Account Care
Description: We send account-related and customer-care text messages that you request or that are needed to service an active engagement or notify you of a potential engagement. No promotional or marketing messages are sent through this program.
Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on your activity and support requests. Typically fewer than 8 messages a month.
Opt-In: You will receive texts after you provide clear, affirmative consent. We may send a one-time confirmation text to verify your enrollment.
Opt-Out: You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then cease texts for this program unless you opt in again by replying START.
