He leads the firm’s deal structuring practice, advising business owners, private equity sponsors, and corporate acquirers on optimal transaction structures, valuation approaches, and risk mitigation strategies. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of buy-side and sell-side structures, earnouts, rollover equity, and creative financing, he ensures transactions are positioned for success—from initial assessment through closing.
